It is with great enthusiasm and anticipation for the future that I have accepted the role of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Motive. Motive is a solid company with talented people, who have consistently delivered compelling results for customers.
Having spent more than half of my career working in the telecommunications industry, I am familiar with many of the changes taking place around you, and will do my best to ensure that Motive continues to contribute to your success and support your business drivers.
I would also like to take this time to reaffirm the commitments we have made to you and to let you know that we are focused on making this transition seamless and transparent. To that end, I intend to meet or speak with as many of you as I can in the coming weeks, to look at our company through your eyes before we consider refining our strategy, business model or direction.
