Network Analyzer - Copper (NA–C): is a market proven solution for integrated line testing, problem diagnosis and line optimization. NA-C helps service providers ensure that DSL lines meet quality and stability requirements for the successful deployment of high-speed Internet and triple-play services. Network Analyzer – Copper supports operational best practices throughout the access line lifecycle including line provisioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and customer support. It helps service providers streamline service delivery, improve service quality, reduce service downtime and resolve problems faster problem — all contributing to OPEX reduction of up to 50 percent. In addition to allowing advanced integration into your customer care processes, the Network Analyzer supports a POTS testing capability to provide a cost-effective testing solution as your broadband access network integrates POTS. Network Analyzer – Copper provides quality-of-service management capabilities for DSL networks powered by Alcatel-Lucent or any other provider of network infrastructure.

Network Analyzer - Fiber (NA – F): is the first in its kind line management technology to get the maximum reliability out of a fiber network. Network Analyzer - Fiber is an optical remote management product that enables proactive detection of fiber and equipment degradations and failures. Network Analyzer-Fiber enables troubleshooting capabilities for customer care, operations and field force, by providing the most suitable reports and analysis tools for each level. Network Analyzer – Fiber provides quality-of-service management capabilities for optical; networks powered by Alcatel-Lucent or any other provider of network infrastructure.

Network Analyzer-Fiber and Network Analyzer- Copper seamlessly integrate in customer portals based on the northbound interface web services.

Customer Service Console: Whether implemented on its own, or embedded with other trouble ticketing or CRM applications, the Motive Customer Service Console delivers a robust service management interface that gives call center agents, NOC staff and field technicians the visibility, key information and management capabilities they need to quickly set up and manage new services, and diagnose and resolve service issues. Rather than simply monitoring network data, agents can run specific diagnostic tests on demand, and quickly pinpoint specific issues.

Service Management Platform: offers fixed and mobile service providers a next generation service management platform and tool set capable of simplifying the definition, publication and execution of advanced service activation, troubleshooting and management logic across key elements of their existing service delivery ecosystem. Motive SMP offers the ability to comprehensively define and normalize key service and device configuration settings and management actions. With Motive SMP service providers have the ability to maximize existing investments in device management, OSS/BSS and NMS/EMS systems and extend service management visibility and control across the entire service delivery ecosystem. In addition call center, self care and 3rd party applications can consume normalized API’s without the need to have knowledge about underlying systems or devices.
