Automatic Device Detection Manager: allows mobile service providers to detect and identify mobile devices when they appear on their network. This product enables active monitoring for new devices or SIM swap events appearing on the network and then proactively pushes data settings to the device utilizing a real-time subscriber repository that stores the most recent devices and configurations for each subscriber.

Mobile Device Manager: brings intelligence to device management with advanced features that allow mobile service providers to remotely provision, configure, update, manage and troubleshoot a wide variety of devices. Self-service tools drive call avoidance by allowing consumer to self-manage routine tasks via a web portal, IVR or their handset.

Mobile Handset Support Template: provides complete visibility and control of mobile services, across the entire service delivery chain, and throughout the entire service lifecycle. The Motive Mobile Handset Support Template gathers and analyzes critical Quality of Experience (QoE) information from mobile devices, back office and network management systems. This information is then used by the help desk to pinpoint and resolve common customer issues.

Self-Service Console Delivers automated problem diagnosis, resolution and service management capabilities via an intuitive web interface. Subscribers can easily self-manage their mobile services, solving support issues and managing their service experience without ever having to engage a CSR.

Customer Service Console: delivers a robust service management interface that gives call center agents, NOC staff and field technicians the visibility, key information and management capabilities they need to quickly set up and manage new services, and diagnose and resolve service issues.

Service Management Platform: offers fixed and mobile service providers a next generation service management platform and tool set capable of simplifying the definition, publication and execution of advanced service activation, troubleshooting and management logic across key elements of their existing service delivery ecosystem. Motive SMP offers the ability to comprehensively define and normalize key service and device configuration settings and management actions. With Motive SMP service providers have the ability to maximize existing investments in device management, OSS/BSS and NMS/EMS systems and extend service management visibility and control across the entire service delivery ecosystem. In addition call center, self care and 3rd party applications can consume normalized API’s without the need to have knowledge about underlying systems or devices.
