Home Device Manager: allows service providers to remotely manage CPE, such as residential gateways, IP set-top boxes, and VoIP terminal adapters that comprise a home networking environment. The product offers single, as well as large-scale, bulk device configuration, troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, event management, user management and reporting, as well as a standardized CPE integration layer that gives providers a choice of CPE supported either by the Broadband Forum’s TR-069 or Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP).

Service Management Platform: Motive Service Management Platform (SMP) offers fixed and mobile service providers a next generation service management platform and tool set capable of simplifying the definition, publication and execution of advanced service activation, troubleshooting and management logic across key elements of their existing service delivery ecosystem. Motive SMP offers the ability to comprehensively define and normalize key service and device configuration settings and management actions. In addition call center, self care and 3rd party applications can consume normalized API’s without the need to have knowledge about underlying systems or devices.
