Home Device Manager for Home Networking: allows service providers to remotely manage CPE, such as residential gateways, IP set-top boxes, and VoIP terminal adapters that comprise a home networking environment. The product offers single as well as large-scale bulk device configuration, troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, event management, user management and reporting, as well as a standardized CPE integration layer that gives providers a choice of CPE supported either by the DSL Forum’s TR-069 or Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP).
Service Activation Manager for Home Networking: delivers automated activation capabilities that enable subscribers to turn up residential home networking services themselves without having to call a CSR or request a truck roll for an onsite technician. The product configures all the necessary elements of a home networking service via multiple fulfillment models—web-only (“CD-less”), CD/web and CD-only activation—and performs a variety of activities including wireless network configuration, secondary PC activation, home networking CPE configuration, wireless connection client installation and more.
Self-Service Manager for Home Networking: delivers automated problem diagnosis, resolution and service management capabilities across each of the primary support channels—electronic, phone and email. As a result, subscribers can easily self-manage their home networking services, solving support issues and managing their service experience without ever having to engage a CSR or request an onsite technician visit.
Customer Service Manager for Home Networking: helps CSRs quickly pinpoint the cause of subscriber problems and provide the most effective resolution for home networking service issues. The product gathers service data, or telemetry, from multiple sources to provide a complete end-to-end representation of a service as it exists in a subscriber’s environment. This information is compared to managed settings that ‘model’ the optimal working state of the service and help CSRs perform root cause analysis that drives rapid and accurate diagnosis and resolution of service problems.
